Accessibility statement

Effective Date: July 2026

1 Web accessibility

Midaxo wants everyone to be able to read and use midaxo.com, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

This statement covers the marketing website midaxo.com. It does not cover the Midaxo platform itself, which is accessed by customers after sign-in and is assessed separately.

2 Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

The site is currently partially conformant: most content meets the standard, and the exceptions we know about are listed below.

Some things the site already does: every page declares its language, images carry alt attributes with decorative images correctly marked, headings follow a logical hierarchy, and our forms have properly associated labels.

3 Known limitations

We assessed the site in July 2026 and found the following issues. We list them here so visitors know what to expect, and we are working to fix them.

  • The dropdown menus in the main navigation cannot currently be opened with the Enter key. Keyboard users can reach every page through the footer navigation on any page.
  • There is no skip-to-content link, so keyboard users need to tab through the navigation to reach the main content of each page.
  • The visible focus indicator on navigation links is subtle and can be hard to see.
  • The logo links in the header and footer lack a text alternative, so screen readers announce them without a name. Both lead to the homepage.
  • Some text does not meet the AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1, in particular orange text and buttons with white text on orange, as well as some gray secondary text. Headings and larger text meet the required ratio for large text.

4 Third party content

Some pages embed content from other providers, such as our demo booking form and video players.

We choose providers with accessible defaults where we can, and the booking form's fields all have properly associated labels, but we do not control every aspect of embedded content.

5 Tell us what you find

If you have trouble using any part of midaxo.com, or find an issue not listed above, we want to know.

Contact us through our contact form at midaxo.com/contact-us and describe the page and the problem. We will respond as soon as we can and prioritize a fix.

This statement was prepared in July 2026 and reflects a self-assessment using automated checks and manual keyboard testing. We review it when the site changes materially.
