What's new in Midaxo AI: cross-project answers, cited sources, your approval on every change

When Midaxo AI draws on your documents, the answer cites exactly which ones it came from, with linked sources. Click the source, read it in context, and decide with confidence. No black box, no taking the AI's word for it—the answer and its evidence arrive together.

This matters more as AI answers get broader.

Ask across the whole project

Midaxo AI now answers questions across every supported document in your project's scope, not just one document at a time. Ask which agreements mention change-of-control clauses, what risks appear in the vendor contracts, or what's still open before close. The answer draws on everything in scope and shows where each part came from.

When you want precision, narrow the search. Point Midaxo AI at specific documents, for example only the ones attached to tasks, and it will only look where you point it.

Field suggestions, with your approval

Midaxo AI was already helping to keep your project data current. This update makes it considerably better at that job. It reads the documents in your project and suggests values for your cover page fields—i.e. revenue, headcount, entity details—and you review and approve each change. Nothing in your project changes without your team's say so.

We've mentioned a lot about its use in document management, but Midaxo AI isn't just a diligence feature.
