Another strong quarter for Midaxo: new customers joined in Q2, ranging from a listed UK technology company to serial acquirers in fire and safety, environmental services, and commercial services—including the fifth fire and safety acquirer to choose Midaxo in just over a year.
That is the profile Midaxo is built for: teams that acquire again and again and want each deal to run better than the last. Growth continued across the markets where M&A activity is highest, building on Q1's new positioning and customer wins. And a pattern runs through the year's new customers: every one of them replaced at least two separate tools when they moved to Midaxo, and most replaced four to six.
The commercial side was matched on the product side: a major update to Midaxo AI, and a steady stream of improvements shaped directly by customer feedback.
Every deal team knows the problem. The knowledge that decides a deal is scattered across data room documents, task attachments, financial statements, and the project itself. Finding an answer means digging through it all, or turning to a generic AI tool that can't show where its answer came from. Either way, time goes into hunting for information instead of acting on it.
The Midaxo AI update released this month addresses exactly that. Midaxo AI now answers questions across every supported document in a project’s scope, not one document at a time: which agreements mention change of control, what risks appear in the vendor contracts, what is still open before close.
When the answer draws on your documents, it cites which ones, with linked sources, so the team can check the evidence rather than take the AI’s word for it. And Midaxo AI continues to help keep project data current: it reads the documents in a project and suggests values for cover page fields such as revenue, headcount, entity details, with the team reviewing and approving every change.
Customer data stays protected and users stay in control. Administrators decide where AI is enabled, workspace by workspace and process by process, and see how it is used. Customer data never leaves Midaxo's own environment, is never used to train AI models, and the update is independently penetration-tested.
Much of the quarter went into the work that makes daily use of the platform better. Bulk editing shipped: teams can now change hundreds of existing tasks in one upload from Excel instead of clicking through them one by one, a request straight from customers running large integration programs. The settings and notification pages were also redesigned for better clarity. And the Outlook integration and mobile app are now available to even more customers, giving teams earlier in their M&A journey the same day-to-day tools that power users have relied on.
The direction for the second half of 2026 is clear. Midaxo AI will keep advancing along the same path: from grounded answers about deals to handling more of the routine deal work itself, always with the team's approval, as new capabilities ship. The platform will keep evolving around how deal teams actually work. And commercially, Midaxo will keep investing where its customers are: mid-market and enterprise teams that treat M&A as a repeatable engine of growth, in the markets where deal activity is highest. The goal has not moved since January: to make Midaxo the platform serial acquirers standardize on, so every deal a team runs makes the next one better.
Midaxo is the M&A Intelligence Platform, purpose-built to help corporate development teams, finance leaders, and integration managers run deals with clarity, control, and repeatability. Midaxo has been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide AI-Enabled Deal Management 2025 Vendor Assessment (doc #US52999425, November 2025). See it in action.
