In her current role, Lauren combines big picture thinking with extensive integration and project management skills to deliver and track synergies of Advocate Health’s M&A activities. Her experience using value tracking to guide post-merger integration activities has helped her team drive significant expense reductions and revenue growth for Advocate Health.

Ted Sullivan
Sr. Director, Virtas Partners

Ted Sullivan, Sr. Director at Virtas Partners, specializes in M&A execution and integration. With 20 years of experience, he helps clients develop and execute complex acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Virtas Partners, was Director of M&A Diligence and Integration at EPAM Systems. While at EPAM, he closed and integrated 15 acquisitions and partnerships over three years, adding over 1,000 people and eight international locations with focus on digital consulting firms, offshore development centers and new service platforms. Prior to joining EPAM, Ted held senior M&A integration roles at Wolters Kluwer and Pratt & Whitney, a division of Raytheon Technologies.  Ted is a graduate of Colby College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Government, and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University.
