Jim Irwin joined Inframark in October 2021, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, and assumed the Executive Vice President position in June 2023. He is responsible for leading all facets of the company’s inorganic growth efforts, including crafting the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) priorities and executing the full lifecycle of M&A activities. Mr. Irwin brings 29+ years of experience to his role in the areas of strategy, innovation, M&A, global operations, and corporate finance. Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
